At Premiata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return any unworn product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
